The principal driver of package cost is the volume of Teosyal filler used. Teosyal is an expensive, tightly regulated Swiss medical device. At the retail level a single 2 ml syringe of body-grade Teosyal costs substantially more than a facial-volume syringe. A 15 ml procedure therefore requires approximately seven to eight syringes of premium product. A 22 ml procedure requires eleven. The Exclusive Package price reflects this — the extra cost is product, not margin.
Some Istanbul clinics quote noticeably lower prices — $1,200, $1,500, $1,800 — for procedures described as identical. When you probe, you typically find one or more of the following: unbranded/generic HA rather than Teosyal; lower volume (8–10 ml instead of 15 ml) presented as equivalent; a resident or junior physician performing the procedure rather than the named specialist; or no hotel / transfer / aftercare included. We decline to compete on those terms, because the outcomes at that price point are uncertain, and we do not want to be the clinic a patient visits after an unsatisfactory first procedure elsewhere.

Results last 12–24 months. Most patients who want to maintain the result book a top-up at 12–14 months; some wait 18–24. A top-up requires roughly half the volume of the original procedure because the native tissue has expanded slightly to accommodate the original filler, and the remaining original filler provides a "foundation".
