Structured Consultation — 20–30 minutes
Video or voice call with Prof. Dr. Sertkaya (scheduled to your timezone). Review your goals, relevant medical history, expected results, realistic volume, and candid discussion of suitability. If you are not a good candidate, we will say so.

Written Treatment Plan
After the consultation, you receive a written plan summarising the recommended package, volume, expected outcome, aftercare, and all-in cost. You keep this document with no obligation to proceed.

Think, Research, Decide
Take your time. Read everything on this website, consult your own physician if you wish, talk to your partner. We actively do not apply booking pressure. Our price is stable whether you decide in a week or a month.

Book a Date
When you are ready, we confirm your date, take a 10% refundable deposit, and your coordinator handles hotel, transfer, and scheduling from there.
Getting to the clinic
The clinic is in Akasya Kent, Acıbadem — a modern district on the Asian side of Istanbul, in Üsküdar. It's a leafy, residential part of the city with the Akasya shopping centre, cafés, and a private hospital within walking distance, so you won't feel you've been routed into a medical-tourism factory. Our package patients are collected from the airport in a private, unmarked vehicle. The driver meets you inside the arrivals hall with a discreet card showing the booking reference (never your treatment). Total transfer time:
- Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) — 25 minutes in normal traffic, 35 minutes peak
- Istanbul Airport (IST) — 45–60 minutes via the Bosphorus crossing
If you are based in Istanbul already or travel independently, the clinic is served by the Acıbadem metrobus stop and by taxi from anywhere on the Asian side in 10–20 minutes.
Hotels we work with
We have negotiated rates with three hotels, selected for proximity to the clinic, genuine hospitality for male solo travellers, and discretion.

- Legacy Ottoman Istanbul — Premium Package. 5★. Historic character in Sirkeci (European side), with private car transfers for all clinic visits.
- Radisson Blu Bosphorus — Exclusive Package. 5★. Waterfront, executive floor, unobtrusive check-in, 24-hour concierge.
If you prefer a different hotel — your own choice, a specific chain, an apartment stay — tell us during consultation. We can transfer the equivalent hotel budget into credit toward your package or a different amenity.
If you prefer email over a form
Many of our international patients prefer a written dialogue before any phone or video call. That is entirely fine. Email fillinistanbul@gmail.com with as much or as little detail as you want, and we will reply in kind. If you want Prof. Dr. Sertkaya to personally see your message rather than a coordinator, write "For the attention of Dr. Sertkaya" in the subject line.
A word on pressure tactics
You will not be contacted by us again after an initial reply unless you ask us to. We do not run remarketing emails, we do not push "limited-time offers", and we do not add you to a mailing list. If you want to take three months to decide, that is fine. If you decide this is not for you, that is also fine — a single "no thanks" message closes the file and we will not contact you again.
