Prof. Dr. Sertkaya operates from a modern facility in Üsküdar, on the Asian side of Istanbul, a short transfer from both Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW).
The clinic is structured around the needs of international patients. Roughly 70% of our patients fly in from abroad — primarily the UK, Germany, Scandinavia, the Gulf, and North America. Our English-speaking coordinators manage every logistical detail: transfers, hotel, meals, and the post-procedure follow-up channel. You arrive; we take care of the rest.
For patients flying to Istanbul — which is most of them — the practical questions are as important as the medical ones. Where will I stay? How will I get around? Is the city safe? Is it discreet? We have spent more than a decade refining the answers.
We work with four primary hotels depending on the package you select. Each has been chosen for three reasons: proximity to the clinic, standard of comfort, and discretion at check-in and check-out. Our coordinators handle the booking; you receive a confirmation before you travel.
Every package includes private airport transfers in both directions, plus all transport to and from the clinic and included activities. You will never need to hail a taxi or navigate Istanbul's public transport unless you choose to.
The Gold and Exclusive packages include a curated dining experience. Hamdi Restaurant in Eminönü — a long-standing Turkish institution with a Golden Horn terrace — is the Gold Package selection. The Exclusive Package includes dinner at Feriye Restaurant on the Bosphorus waterfront, adjacent to the Çırağan Palace. The optional Bosphorus yacht tour is run through our private operator, typically in the evening.
Every patient file at Fill in Istanbul is treated as strictly confidential medical data. We do not publish patient names, photographs, or any identifying material without written consent. Communication runs through two private channels: WhatsApp (encrypted end-to-end) for quick messages and a standard email line for formal documentation.
Hotel check-in is in the patient's own name. Clinic visits do not involve a shared waiting room — appointments are spaced to ensure you do not overlap with another international patient. Invoices and receipts list the corporate trading name only; they do not describe the treatment.
